We will be gathering at the Y at Watson Woods in Painted Post, NY!
Registration opened May 1st and we are currently full, but may have space. Please get on the wait list via the YMCA website if you'd like to join the gang! 

​This women's retreat is an opportunity to be together, share skills, get inspired by other creative people, and learn some new tricks! A major goal of this gathering is to keep it affordable...a retreat for the masses. We round up talented friends to lead fun workshops in a skill sharing model. It's very DIY--if you have ideas, bring 'em!  Our fall gathering is in its eleventh year and welcomes seventy women. We are shifting to a new model for fall 2024, in which we will have a base fee to attend, and optional add-on workshops. Workshop leaders will be paid directly for these. We are also changing our venue, to the Y at Watson Woods in Painted Post, NY! 

We also have a facebook group which is a great place to chat with other flair-goers, ask for rides, etc. (https://www.facebook.com/groups/244733865714360/​) Our group of FLAIRinas is what makes this retreat so magical. We strive for an inclusive, supportive atmosphere with lots of laughs.
